Spotted knifefish aka clown featherback is one of the species that are fun to catch on lures. There are not many lakes here that you can specifically target spotted knifefish. You need to travel few hours to north of Kuala Lumpur if you wish to fish spotted knifefish. Good news though, our urban lake near Kuala Lumpur is one of the few that has abundants of spotted knifefish which you can catch on lures.
