This week we have two trips to our regular lake in Perak fishing for peacock bass dan toman. The first trip weather was sunny for the rest of the day. Very calm water and the water just turn clear from murky. Perfect condition for topwater fishing. Toman were very responsive to buzzbaits. Big peacock bass roaming around the shallow area. Perfect fishing. Two days later we went back and weather was not on our side. Strong wind, cloudy days and raining late evening through out the night. Tough fishing for peacock bass but we still manage to get few bites from toman on the first day. None was landed. On the second day weather was still the same, tougher fishing condition but finally a beautiful watermelon colored toman was landed.
